                      Training Assessment:

Creating customized curriculum for individual clients is an expertise that we have mastered here Oxford Institute. We have training assessment counselors on staff to cater to your specific requirements.

                      Training Assessment Process:

Step One: One of our highly skilled Training Assessment Counselors will meet with you the client to find out what your training needs are.

Step Two: Our Training Assessment Counselor passes on your requirements to our Curriculum Design Division for design your program.

Step Three: Our Curriculum Design Division Assesses what you need and develops a course of study for your corporation.

Step Four: The Training Assessment Counselor has a second meeting with you to make sure that all of your requirements are met

Step Five: If you are not satisfied then our Curriculum Design Division adjusts the program until it meets your requirements.

Step Six: We schedule your classes and begin training.
